Advertising Operations Associate
Position type: Full time employee
Location: Redwood City, California, United States
Are you looking to be on the forefront of the mobile advertising industry? Working within the Advertising Operations team, [a•mo•bee] will expose you to the lynchpin of mobile advertising from within one of the world’s premier ad serving companies. We move fast, and the ideal candidate must be willing to constantly adapt to new situations and challenges.
This position will require someone with excellent organizational and time management skills who has the ability to multi-task on a number of operational and advertising related queries daily:
- Setting up and optimizing ad spaces on multiple ad networks and demand partners
- Creating and interpreting basic reports pertaining to ad serving statistics
- Communicating with partners regarding ad space set ups/ performance
- Communicating internally regarding ad trafficking and optimization
The ideal candidate thrives on creating and identifying pieces to a puzzle that needs to be continuously solved to for maximum success. In addition, you will be part of a small team with high visibility; the work you do will be meaningful, challenging, and rewarding! Passion for the mobile industry is a must!
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Some experience with advertising
- Intermediate/ Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of advertising metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, eCPM, etc…
General Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to get things done with minimal supervision
- Organized multi-tasker
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated & independent learner
- Fluency in English
