Campaign Manager – Asia Pacific

Job Description
As a Campaign Manager you will manage the day-to-day servicing needs of clients which include but not limited to setting up and optimizing ad spaces on multiple ad networks and demand partners; creating and interpreting basic to highly advanced reports pertaining to ad serving statistics; communicating with partners regarding ad space set ups/ performance and communicating internally regarding ad trafficking and optimization. You will be a key member of the team based in Singapore, helping to set up and manage new campaigns by working closely with the business development, media buying and our technical team. This position requires experience in delivering a high level of client service as well as a proven track record in campaign management where you have met and exceeded expected targets.
Job Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of campaigns, optimize and develop them to target, budget, profit margin and performance goals
- Manage campaign performance against deliverables to ensure that optimal results are achieved by determining the most effective means of increasing ROI in line with the advertiser’s strategic objectives
- Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally as well as externally
- Arbitrage media spend by buying on various cost models in order to drive high volumes at a set target price
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients / agencies as well as our suppliers such the ad networks to provide ongoing strategic consultation, support whilst managing expectations
- Educate clients on new opportunities by proactively and creatively identifying new solutions and cross selling our range of media services
- Execute, optimize and report on campaigns and their performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
- Provide feedback to product management team and professional services to help design and enhance our offerings by communicating market realities and expectations
- Work with media buying team globally as well as locally to secure inventories required for meeting the client objectives
- Ability to work well and support where necessary other business units such as Finance, Business Development, Marketing and Professional Creative services
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A minimum 3 years account/ campaign management experience
- A proven track record of achievements against objectives and targets.
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of advertising metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, eCPM, etc
- Media planning and buying
- An acquisition and data driven results DNA
- Ability to work with multiple ad serving systems
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to get things done with minimal supervision
- Organized multi-tasker
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated true team player with the ability to work independently
- Experience and passion around current mobile advertising trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Fluency in English
Strongly Preferred:
- Support experience in a professional services, account management or marketing environment
- A passion for customer service
- Mobile / Digital background
- Experience using different tracking tools and reporting interfaces
- Bachelor’s degree
