Principle Data Scientist with Machine Learning Expertise
Position type: Full time employee
Location: Herzliya, Israel
We are looking for a strong and experienced researcher who will join our research & algorithms team. Our platform handles data collection and aggregation pipeline for processing billions of events a day. You are going to perform hands-on analysis of massive advertising data and develop algorithms and systems for revenue optimization, ad selection and forecasting.

We are looking for the following background and skills:
- Must: significant experience and theoretical understanding of at least three supervised machine learning methods, like SVM, Naïve Bayes, Decision Trees, etc…
- Must: strong statistical skills
- Experience working with very large, disparate data sets, including log files, SQL and Hadoop
- Strong background in computer science fundamentals and hands-on software development skills
- Independent, self-starter, fast learner, can-do attitude and a team player
- Prior hands-on experience with map-reduce languages (Pig, Hive) is a plus
- MS/PhD in CS or related field
