ACCEL Partners is dedicated to helping exceptional entrepreneurs build category leading technology

Walmart.com and MacroMedia. Accel also has a very strong pedigree in mobile technology. One of its most active partners
in this area is Bruce Golden, who sits on our Board.
Bruce Golden: Bruce Golden has been focused on emerging markets and technologies since 1984, when he worked in the computer division at Lucasfilm.
Bruce joined Accel in 1997 and specializes in enterprise and consumer software investments. Bruce currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at several
private and public companies, including Amobee, comScore (SCOR), Qliktech, Streambase and Super Derivatives. Bruce was responsible for Accel's investment in
Ajuba Solutions (acquired by Interwoven, Inc.), eCommerce Industries Inc. (acquired by Insight Venture Partners), Exchange.com (acquired by Amazon.com), Itemfield,
(acquired by Informatica), Offermatica (acquired by Omniture), and SupportSoft (SPRT).
Prior to Accel, Bruce held executive marketing and sales positions at Illustra Information Technologies, a pioneer in the area of object-relational databases.
In 1996 Illustra merged with Informix Software, where Bruce became General Manager of the Data Warehouse Business Development Unit. Prior to Illustra,
Bruce spent eight years at Sun Microsystems in a variety of entrepreneurial roles, including developing Sun's strategy for the financial services market, moving to Hong Kong
to help launch the Sun Asia subsidiary, and managing Sun's market development organization.
Bruce holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Columbia University. Bruce currently lives in London with his wife and two children.

Prior to joining Globespan, Venky was a co-founder of Trigo Technologies which was acquired by IBM. His other work experiences
include working at McKinsey and Microsoft. He has degrees in Computer Science, Economics, and Math from Reed College
and the California Institute of Technology. Venky sits on Amobee’s Board.

Sequoia Capital has a long legacy of successful technology investments. Some of its best known
and most successful investments in recent times have been in online advertising businesses such as Google, Yahoo and
YouTube. Sequoia also invested in many more successful companies over the years, such as Cisco, Oracle, EA, Apple and many more.

Haim Sadger who sits on our Board.
Haim Sadger: Haim Sadger focuses on semiconductor, systems and software investments. Before joining
Sequoia Capital in 1999, Haim held senior engineering and management positions at
Intel Corporation. Haim has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He has
invested in Actona, Bitband, Followap, Jajah, Kontera, Pentacom and
Triana.

Judy Gibbons, Venture Partner, Accel: Judy Gibbons has over 25 years experience in the computer industry
with a focus on software, internet and consumer technologies. Before joining Accel, Judy was Corporate Vice President
of MSN Global Sales and Marketing at Microsoft Corp managing the business across 40 markets worldwide. Judy joined Microsoft
in 1994 to launch MSN in the United Kingdom, and went on to manage MSN Europe. She was promoted to run MSN International
covering Asia-Pacific and Japan and then also took on responsibility for US Sales & Marketing.
Judy served on the main board of O2, the European mobile network operator, until
its purchase by Telefonica.
