Amobee’s Career Development Program (ACDP) is a targeted development program, which provides qualified candidates an opportunity to learn and develop their skills with direct mentorship from senior leaders at Amobee.  Development Associates will gain valuable industry knowledge, build their business acumen, and explore various comercial career paths offered at Amobee. Each DA will be assigned an Advocate to guide them through the program.  Throughout the program, there will be formal training and support provided for the DA to develop their professional skills and career.

This specific DA will focus on sales development within ACCSS (Amobee Cross Channel Strategic Solutions). Qualified sales development representatives (SDR) are tasked with finding and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities 
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market 
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s from accredited university 
  • Previous internship experience
  • Proven self-starter with interest in building skills to be successful in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs 
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various cross functional groups 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and ability to work successfully independently and within teams

  • Compensation for Colorado residents only:
    Amobee carefully considers many factors, such as experience and competencies, regarding compensation. These considerations can greatly impact compensation amounts. This role starts at a minimum $55,000 annual base salary. Depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, qualifications and skillsets, the actual pay may be higher. Amobee also offers a very competitive benefits package, which are subject to eligibility requirements.
