The Client Success team is responsible for working with clients, both internally and externally, to strategize, price, and deliver compelling interactive media campaigns via Amobee’s products and platforms that achieve client objectives by leveraging Amobere’s differentiated offerings.  The team is responsible for the optimal execution of Amobee’s suite of products, driving adoption by exceeding clients’ expectations of service and performance while maximizing profitability.

Position Summary:

Associate Delivery Managers are responsible for operating one platform (DSP,  Social, ATV), understanding that platform’s connections to backend systems, and partnering across the Customer Team to deliver renowned customer experiences for Amobee’s clients.
The Associate Delivery Manager has a passion for the intersection of Advertising and Technology, with particular interest in helping advertisers better understand the data behind their marketing strategies.  We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical aptitude to play a critical role in our overall, growing success.
Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is delivering the advertising campaigns within their client portfolio, alerting others in the event of any campaign concerns, and exceeding expectations of service and performance while doing so.

Improve campaign performance by detail-oriented optimizations, testing new products, and effective communication with management.

Provide comprehensive campaign analysis, and simplify complex scenarios to produce client proficiency & success.

Proactive notification to stakeholders about day-day campaign performance, potential areas of improvement, and future business opportunities/suggestionsTroubleshoot and solve common technical problems while addressing client issues.

Work closely with our support teams to ensure timely completion of requestsWork in tandem with their manager to identify areas of training.

Associate Delivery Managers works towards the ability to be able to effectively run any campaign from any media channel, but is responsible for understanding and operating only one platform (DSP,  Social, ATV), that platform’s connections to backend systems, and the teams partnering with Client Support on that platform.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize and decipher data, and the wherewithal to leverage insights to produce solutions.

Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.

Ability to work well independently; define/manage objectives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Ability to collaborate within a team, and alongside key stakeholders from various internal groups.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.

Attention to detail and independent quality assurance of own work

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Fast learner, eager to deepen knowledge and understanding of Amobee’s products and solutions

Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Math, Engineering preferred)

Preferred

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or a related field or demonstrated strength in such disciplines

Experience with SQL and other database management programs

This position is based in West Coast US markets, primarily San Diego and Los Angeles. Open to remote candidates able to support PST operating hours.
