Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of programmatic campaigns on the Amobee Advertising Platform. Make an impact within the Client Solution to grow accounts through effective delivery and client management. Service the client with programmatic strategy discussions, innovative ideas, productive platform trainings, and inspiring projects. Drive channel knowledge sharing by staying up-to-date on new opportunities and market changes.
Responsibilities
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Digital Media landscape (programmatic display, mobile, video, social, search, content etc.) and ensure that the team is positioned to maximize growth opportunities
Provide accurate weekly updates of revenue forecast, opportunities and initiatives across the respective accounts
Develop strategies and recommendations to overcome client challenges or potential issues or conflict areas
Drive the successful delivery of business objectives and ensure that the management and operation of the various accounts are in line with organizational strategy and objectives
Lead a team of Account Manager(s) & Account Executive(s) & ensure KPIs are exceeded
Support members of team with media planning & industry knowledge training
Identify specific areas for improvement for team members to help them achieve their individual goals
Foster a solutions-oriented culture teaching the ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining business objectives
Create and improve team processes to help team work efficiently and effectively internally and externally
Be the spokesperson for Amobee services
Ensure client have a clear understanding of Amobee products and pitch new products and initiatives in accordance to clients’ briefs
Effectively communicate Amobee’s value proposition & product suite
Accountable for front line profit driving initiatives
Collaborate with Media AOR for integrated campaign planning and reporting to ensure equal voice in all touchpoints with client
Requirements
BA/BS degree
Minimum 5+ years experience in a Digital Client Service role or similar
In depth understanding of the Digital landscape (with programmatic expertise preferred) and understanding of industry trends
Well versed in digital vocabulary and media metrics math
Good operational knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (CM360, Google Ads, SA360, DV360 etc.) and Facebook Ads
Team management, leadership experience
Experience in account management & business development preferably on the agency side
A proven track record of achievements against objectives & targets
Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills (both written & oral)
Excellent relationship management skills and a good team player
Strong analytical skills
Process oriented with strict attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high pressure situations
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Results/goal orientated
