The Client Service team is responsible for working with clients, both internally and externally, to strategize, price, and deliver compelling interactive media campaigns via Amobee’s products and platforms that achieve client objectives by leveraging Amobere’s differentiated offerings.  The team is responsible for the optimal execution of Amobee’s suite of products, driving adoption by exceeding clients’ expectations of service and performance while maximizing profitability.

Campaign Managers demonstrate mastery of at least one Amobee platform (DSP,  Social, ATV), including demonstrated success in troubleshooting those platform’s connections to backend systems.  Campaign Managers are active partners with Client Services and Sales, and coordinate work for advertisers / brands within their portfolio across the Delivery team.  They are adept at team communication, escalate appropriately, and work well within a matrixed organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage successful delivery of Mobile/Display/Programmatic/ Social campaigns 
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Operate with great efficiency and accuracy
  • End to end responsibility for campaign set up, reporting and optimization across the client portfolio
  • Optimize and develop campaigns to target, budget, profit margin and performance goals
  • Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally as well as externally
  • Provide campaign pacing & delivery insights to client services team
  • Validate campaign adjustments & work to minimize billing discrepancies
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues
  • Work closely with the Client Services team to educate clients on new opportunities by proactively identifying new solutions & cross selling our range of media services
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients/agencies as well as our suppliers (i.e.: ad networks) to provide ongoing strategic consultation and support whilst managing expectations 
  • Provide feedback to product management team and professional services to help design and enhance our offerings by communicating market realities & expectations
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Ad Operations, experience with Social campaigns preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience in one of the top rich media trafficking systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, etc)
  • Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, & Flash
  • Ability to multi task & set priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel
