Commercial Operations & Strategy Lead will be a key enabler of growth and effectiveness for Amobee’s Commercial organization and International markets. The role partners directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and key stakeholders across Amobee’s Sales Ops, Business Ops, and Finance functions, working to provide strategic and operational rigor, thought leadership, business analysis and real-time execution of critical initiatives for the Commercial organization.
You will be an exceptional operator, critical thinker and will also have a proven track record of bringing ideas to life. You will use creative yet concise presentation skills to educate and persuade senior leadership, including the Amobee executive team, on numerous strategic initiatives. You must be comfortable influencing and interfacing with various stakeholders at all levels and across functions. 
You will report into the Chief of Staff, while working primarily for / in service to the Chief Commercial Officer on prioritized initiatives mission critical to the growth of the organization. You will be based out in the New York office (under normalized working arrangements), and eventually some travel may be required to meet with certain key stakeholders.

  • Proactively support the development, implementation, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that benefit Amobee’s long-term sustainable growth.
  • Work with Chief Commercial Officer to manage the execution and tracking of the Commercial Objectives and Key Results, as well as develop in-quarter KPIs that enable the business to track performance and success to inform business decisions and prioritization. Partner with leadership and sales operations to decide the right KPIs to track for the business and develop and deliver against recommendations and a plan for analysis with what cadence is required to inform decisions.
  • Provide constant and clear communication of objectives, status, tactics and results to all relevant stakeholders, especially with regard to the weekly cadence of meetings held by the Chief Commercial Officer, e.g. Commercial Leadership Weekly, Bi-Weekly Global Revenue Forecast Call, Bi-Weekly 1-on-1s with Commercial Direct Reports, etc.
  • Lead key cross functional mission critical initiatives.
  • Process creation and management: Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and facilitates the successful implementation of new programs. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Proactively support the development, implementation, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that benefit Amobee’s long-term sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Development, Finance, HR, Legal and other key internal partners, as appropriate, to ensure consistency of strategy across these partners and assist with regular prioritization and planning
  • Collaborate with finance teams and sales leaders to ensure consistency of strategy across teams and regions in accordance with both quarterly and long-term planning
  • Drive strategic focus to new growth opportunities and scalable programs that increase operating efficiency
  • Use creative yet concise and data-centric presentation skills to educate and persuade senior leadership, including Amobee executive team, on strategic initiatives
  • Build and leverage best-in-class tools, systems, and capabilities to track and synthesize marketplace and customer intelligence in order to deliver context and motivate action
  • Requirements

  • Ideal candidate would have demonstrated expertise and experience in Digital Media, Broadcast / Video and AdTech, Operations, Strategy and Finance
  • Understanding of related industry trends and market participants on a global basis across the NAM, EMEA and APAC
  • Demonstrated success in managing and coordinating across complex operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean organization amidst a shifting competitive landscape
  • Unmatched attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams without sacrificing quality
  • Demonstrated track record as a trusted thought partner in an organization, with ability to turn information into effective strategies and executable plans
