The Product Consulting team maximizes product adoption and stickiness to drive growth using expertise to deliver tailored platform solutions to our customers. Product Consultants are trusted technical consultants to Amobee clients and are fluent in articulating technology and product capabilities to both business and technical audiences. The ATV Solutions team is responsible for working with clients to strategize and create compelling CTV/OTT, linear TV, cross-channel video plans utilizing Amobee’s products and differentiated offerings. The team is responsible for the optimal execution of Amobee’s suite of Advanced TV products and for driving client adoption by exceeding clients’ expectations of service. Using their platform expertise, the Platform Operations team is able to effectively lead training and best practices for clients, as well as provide managed service, hand-on-keys support.

Position Summary:
The Manager, Product Consulting – ATV Solutions will lead a team of Platform Specialists that are fluent in Amobee’s ATV platform and will be responsible for driving the successful growth and development of the entire ATV Solutions team. The  Manager works closely with senior Sales and Product members to ensure that their clients, both internal and external, are being serviced and managed  successfully. They are tasked with ensuring that all operational processes are efficiently executed and correctly implemented across the team.  Additionally, they serve as a subject matter expert for the creation of new products and services as well as an advocate for their team across departments.
The Manager is an expert on all aspects of the ATV platform to advise their team and cross-functional counterparts both tactically and strategically. 
This position requires a sharp attention to detail, impeccable professionalism, strong leadership skills, and a customer focus. A deep understanding of video and brand advertising is imperative and will enable the Manager to be a trusted advisor to our clients and leader for their team.
Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on optimal planning, strategy, and execution of Linear TV and digital video campaigns running in the Platform
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and career development planning and opportunities
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goalsRecruit, interview, select, hire, and maintain team of the appropriate size
  • Able to be hands-on, recommending campaign setups, analyzing platform outputs, identifying solutions for campaign, and teaching best practices
  • Expert on product advances and drives forward larger projects and initiatives with the technical teams at Amobee
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and deliver optimal results
  • Collects and elevates client and team feedback, and works closely with Product to prioritize creation of features and products that will drive differentiation and revenue growth for Amobee
  • Identifies team, customer, and product needs and develops cross functional plans to address those needsStrategize with Customer and Sales to best support Amobee’s Clients
  • Communicates effectively with clients and team members and has a strong cross-functional impactServe as point of escalation for all team items or issues
  • Required Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Previous management experience
  • Proven success in managing CTV/OTT ad delivery, optimization and/or linear TV planning
  • Proven experience developing customer relationships and fostering growthStrong time management and organization skills
  • Fast learner, eager to quickly gain deep knowledge of Amobee’s business, products, and solutions
  • Outstanding problem solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% (though we are fully remote at the moment)
