Amobee is seeking a Manager, Solutions Strategy to lead and manage Amobee’s strategic proposal and content development process. We are looking for a balanced leader (equal parts strategic & detail-oriented) who wants to play a critical role in Amobee’s growth. Working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and many other cross-functional teams, the Solutions Strategy Manager will oversee the compilation of on-brand, bespoke RFP/RFI responses as well as support sales and marketing content for leading global 2,000 brands, ad agencies, and other digital marketing services providers. The Solutions Strategy Manager will report to the Director of Solutions Engineering and have direct responsibility for staffing and managing the Solutions Strategy team, as well as rolling out scalable processes to support Amobee’s platform sales marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have prior demonstrated success in one or a mixture of the following: RFP/proposal management, media planning, project management, engagement management, solutions engineering, and/or sales. The Solution Strategy Manager should have exceptional organization and writing skills, technical aptitude, proven leadership experience, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly altering priorities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, collaborative, creative, and adaptable. The Solutions Strategy Manager should be excited by the opportunity to submit high quality, strategic deliverables designed to advance Amobee in a formal sales process. The Solutions Strategy Manager will drive growth by overseeing the creation of highly customized proposals aligned with Amobee’s ideal customer profile, identifying opportunities for continuous process and master content improvements, and challenging internal teams to pitch innovative, yet realistic solutions. 
Responsibilities

  • Customize global platform RFP/RFI response language to each unique client and solution set
  •  Ensure Amobee’s value proposition, market positioning, and competitive differentiators are clearly communicated in external facing content including RFP/RFI, Sales Presentations, Vertical Solutions and Analyst Relations submissions
  • Project manage the RFP/RFI response process:Own editing/proofreading, packaging/formatting responses for client submission, and ensuring all responses are submitted on time
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses for key opportunities. Collaborate with leadership, sales, and solutions engineering to qualify and prioritize the RFP/RFI queue
  • Assign opportunities to Solutions Specialists and oversee workload distribution
  • Own work tracking metrics, internal dashboards, and bandwidth forecasts, while adjusting the RFP/RFI process workflow and tools, as needed, to further scale the business and increase Amobee’s win rate
  • Develop strong partnerships with global sales & departmental leadership and other key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and the development of accurate, winning responses
  • Continuously oversee RFP/RFI master content answers, templates, proposal graphics, and design elements
  • Work closely with local subject matter experts to ensure master content and RFP/RFI responses reflect locally available solutions and adhere to local data/privacy regulations
  • Manage RFP software vendor relationship, including renewals, QBRs, technical issues, feature requests, etc. Serve as internal user administrator and permissions manager for RFP software
  • Own the creation & distribution of RFP/RFI process training materials
  • Collaborate with client operations and relevant leadership to ensure the sales team and other key process stakeholders/SMEs are properly trained and understand the RFP/RFI engagement process & tools
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Amobee’s technical solutions, products, and market positioning
  • Stay apprised of competitors in the market to differentiate Amobee solutions through technical positioning
  • Directly manage strategists, handling recruitment, hiring, onboarding, career planning for each individual.
  • Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in roles requiring strong project management skills, including end-to-end process ownership and the need to juggle many complex, deadline-driven projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience in writing-heavy positions, such as technical writing or proposal writing preferred
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Writing samples will be requested
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and clearly communicate benefits
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry, agencies, technology and channels is highly preferred
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proposal and presentation production software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce Experience with Ombud, Loopio, Qvidian or other RFP collaboration software
  • Experience using Smartsheets, Tableau, and/or Excel for creating dashboards & data analysis 
  • Interest in graphic design is a plus, as is experience with design programs like Adobe InDesign.
  • Compensation for Colorado residents only:
    Amobee carefully considers many factors, such as experience and competencies, regarding compensation. These considerations can greatly impact compensation amounts. This role starts at a minimum $88,700 annual base salary. Depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, qualifications and skillsets, the actual pay may be higher. Amobee also offers a very competitive benefits package, which are subject to eligibility requirements.
