The Platform Associate will be primarily responsible for the successful deliverables of client campaigns through activation. The Platform Associate’s daily responsibility will include, but not limited to, campaign set up, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, pulling & analyzing data to provide campaign recommendations to clients. They will be involved in all aspects of campaigns management, client support and training. Below details key focus of the role
Responsibilities

  • Campaign set up, troubleshooting, optimization, reporting and daily management against deliverables
  • Monitoring campaign performance to meet client objectives and consult on optimization recommendations as necessary
  • Work closely with our support teams to ensure timely completion of requests
  • Provide accurate reporting, campaign pacing & delivery insights, comprehensive campaign analysis, and present with confidence when required
  • First point of contact for clients regarding campaign enquiries, troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve, escalate and manage platform issues
  • Collaborate with Account leads for client onboarding including platform demo and training, with guidance from their manager
  • Analyzing data and support account leads to develop strategies for campaign renewals, accounts retention and client engagement, with the support of their manager
  • Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of digital advertising campaign management experience
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to investigate, troubleshoot, analyze, solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Effective time management skills- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, along with an ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, manipulation of large datasets and chart making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on-keyboards experience of tech platforms like DSPs, SSPs, DMPs
  • Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in html, javascript, css and connecting to APIs to confidently discuss technical terms
  • Social/ Search experience is a plus
