The Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager is responsible for account planning and strategy for the assigned agency trading desks/advertisers to ensure continued growth of strategic accounts. In addition, the Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager serves as the day-to-day contact of the assigned clients and responsible for briefs, engagement and onboarding. The Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager collaborates cross-functionally and works with both agencies and enterprise direct clients. The Account Manager/ Sr. Account Manager is responsible for growing the base of advertising customers and adoption of Amobee products within the designated accounts.

  •  Responsible for account strategy and executing plan for growing, defending and maintaining the existing book of business.
  • Onboard new clients and deploy service model and engagement plans to ensure customer success. 
  • Establish and foster mid to senior level client relationships with brand and agency trading desks.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities. Responsible for briefs and developing unique digital solutions including specifically tailored to the agency and their client’s needs.
  • Work across internal teams to meet our contractual SLA’s and client expectations on delivered products and services and keep track of progress.
  • Oversee & maintain a superior level of client service that is aligned with company expectations. 
  • Focus on Amobee ecosystem monetization.  
  • Lead tests for new products rollout and constantly provide feedback to Solutions & Products team to improve product offering.  
  • Conduct business reviews. Effectively pitch & present Amboee’s market position, and ability to deep dive into benefits of each Product, and accurately translate technical language to clients.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital media, and 2+ years in client services/ account management.
  • Proven track record of growing platform accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offerings.
  • Established relationships with media agencies and clients.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communications and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem/landscape and understanding of industry trends.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors. 
  • Preferred Qualififcations

  • Strong understanding of the Programmatic market and industry desirable
