Chief Financial Officer
Mark Liao is Chief Financial Officer of Amobee. Prior to joining, Mark Liao was the COO and CFO at iSocket, an advertising technology business focused on the automation of buying and selling of fixed price guaranteed reserved inventory. During his time there, the company more than doubled in size and opened new offices in New York and San Francisco.
Mark began working in the advertising technology and marketing services industry 15 years ago, leading Strategic and Financial Planning with Overture Services (originally Goto.com). Mark helped the company grow from a $25 million annual gross revenue business in 1999 to a $1 billion dollar run rate business in four years. Following Overture’s 2003 acquisition by Yahoo!, Mark led Finance and Business Operations teams in Display advertising, Search advertising, Media properties, and Commerce/monthly fees businesses across North and South America. Mark held several senior positions at Yahoo! Including Vice President of Business Operations for the Yahoo! Americas business and Vice President of Operations Finance for the Yahoo! Americas business.
Mark Liao holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, and a MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
