Gartner released its third annual Magic Quadrant for Digital Marketing Hubs report this month. The report was a consequential one for Turn.
After being listed as a “visionary” for the previous two years, Turn has now made the leap to “challenger.” Translation: Gartner is saying that Turn has the product capabilities to meet what clients are asking for and we have a more complete solution for the market.
In particular, Gartner highlighted Turn’s following strengths:
- Partner ecosystem: Our scale and ecosystem of 200 partners enables us to see more valuable audiences and more touch points than any other hub, helping clients maintain consistency of messaging and experience across the entire buying journey in real-time.
- Professional services: We don’t just provide technology. We work closely with our clients as strategic advisors offering customized professional services for onboarding, campaign support and analytics.
- Customer satisfaction: We are absolutely honored and humbled to hear that customers reported high satisfaction with our product, service and support.
As Gartner’s report notes, Turn is best known as a programmatic advertising leader, offering DMP and DSP capabilities. Both can be used independently or in an integrated fashion with advanced analytics as the Turn Marketing Platform.
As Gartner’s ranking illustrates, Turn has made big improvements over the past year. Gartner highlighted Turn’s ecosystem, which includes martech and lets partnering brands look at the entire customer journey. Through our partners Turn is able to connect touch points throughout the journey.
In short, Gartner is saying that if you’re a B2C brand, Turn will help you power more personalized journeys.
