Amobee Acquires Turn

Today, we announced that Amobee has entered an agreement to acquire Turn, a leading multi-channel DSP and DMP with advanced data analytics capabilities serving brands and agencies, at an enterprise value of US $310 million.

We are thrilled to be joining forces with Turn.

As a strategic partner to the largest brands and agencies in the world, Amobee recognizes the challenges marketers face managing disparate systems, ingesting and sharing first party data to buying platforms, and optimizing budgets across platforms, all while trying to gain meaningful insight and better understanding from the process.

Together, we believe Turn and Amobee will bring together unique capabilities and strengths that will solve these challenges and create exponential benefits for marketers.

The acquisition of Turn will strengthen Amobee’s existing programmatic and data management capabilities, allowing us to expand upon our current Amobee Brand Intelligence insights and media buying platform. The combined company will offer an independent end-to-end advertising and data management platform, providing proprietary insights, leveraging first party consumer data, and the unification of all programmatic channels, formats and devices.

For our clients, this means they are gaining access to more resources and technical capabilities, deeper consumer insights and media strategy; and all of the benefits of a unified buying platform, including lossless data activation and fluid budget optimization across a unified workflow.

Our combined entities will create one of the largest independent buy side platforms, with a world-class team across 20 offices worldwide. Together, we are privileged to work with the world’s leading advertisers and agencies.
