The Client Partner owns strategic account planning and strategy for the assigned agency trading desks/advertisers to ensure continued growth of strategic accounts. In addition, the Client Partner serves as the escalation point and trusted advisor to the assigned clients. The Client Partner collaborates cross-functionally and works with both agencies and enterprise direct clients. The Client Partner is responsible for growing the base of advertising customers and adoption of Amobee products within the designated accounts.

  • Own account strategy and execution plan for growing, defending and maintaining the existing book of business.
  • Establish and foster director level client relationships with brand and agency trading desks.
  • Engage with different departments/ divisions on client side, scope and manage projects to unlock potential opportunities and ensure customer success.
  • Constantly reviewing and optimizing workflow & processes for health of client’s business which involves project management of cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and develop unique digital solutions specifically tailored to the agency and their client’s needs.
  • Conduct business reviews. Effectively pitch & present Amobee’s market position and products. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Act as the account escalation point and evaluate resources required to grow the existing accounts.
  • Oversee & maintain a superior level of client service that is aligned with company expectations.
  • Develop & manage unique client engagement strategies that build effective relationships and assist Amobee to stand out amongst competitors.
  • Gather and provide feedback base on client needs for product prioritization.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in digital media, and 3+ years in client services/ account management.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Director-level customers at the agency and client direct, and exceeding revenue expectations.
  • Experience establishing longstanding and consultative client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offerings.
  • Established relationships with media agencies and clients.
  • Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem/landscape and understanding of industry trends.
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors. 
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Programmatic market and industry desirable.
