This position is part of Asia’s Brand Intelligence Team that uses award-winning Brand Intelligence platform to provide valuable insights used for strategy formulation, management advisory, quarterly planning and situation monitoring by many of our senior executive clients. The Analytics & Insights Manager collaborates and works closely with senior-level clients to understand the specific business needs and strategy in order to deliver relevant business insights, present them in market, and actively takes part in senior-executive leadership insights activities to foster growth and strategic advancement. You will do all of this in a collaborative and warm team environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. The ideal candidate for this position is a candidate who has both insights experience as well as some degree of sales or client business development experience and is therefore familiar with both insights generation and what a typical sales cycle looks like. The candidate must be analytically strong with the ability to interpret insights and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

  • The role is designed to deliver compelling fact-based market understanding and deep insights reports to drive a compelling strategy or problem-solving solution for our clients, many of whom are often senior leadership executives in their organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in being able to lead a team in the design, management and delivery of leading-edge insights and to oversee client account management activities, including fostering new revenue growth through nurturing recurring business and seeking new client commercial opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights, good thought leadership and recommendations from Brand Intelligence data to provide real value to our clients, often at senior leadership levels.
  • Profit and loss responsibility for Brand Intelligence projects that one is managing.
  • Proven track record in building excellent client relationships by offering value-added and strategic insights into their businesses, and in doing so, able to generate leads and close new business.Ability to portray boardroom gravitas and personal confidence when presenting in
  • front of an audience of senior leadership client executives, quite often at the C-suite
  • level.
  • Develop and implement insights-driven frameworks and models that can be leveraged across a wide variety of client use cases for insights efficiency
  • Identify strategic insights stop-gaps, best-fit methodology and serve up insights- based proposals to senior clients
  • Effective personal and team resource management leading to on-time delivery and meeting client quality expectations
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • At least 3 years of insights experience with proven track record of good application of knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with prior experience in a role that deals with insights as a core function
  • Effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management
  • Possess good negotiation skills and the ability to build strong long-term relationship with clients
  • Highly skilled in data storytelling with strong communication and presentation skills that leads to client conversion
  • Past experience of selling insights projects or insights capabilities
  • Due to the projects we undertake, this role requires the successful candidate to hold a Singapore Citizenship
  • Proven to lead and manage complex insight projects with a team, as well as also having strong individual insights-generation skills. Both skills are distinct, necessary and critical to this role.
