To manage relationships between Optus (and Affiliates), external agency partners and Amobee
to deliver an exceptional level of client service in line with company expectations.
Assist Account Director with strategic planning to ensure continued growth of budgets and
positive perception of Amobee. Input into forecasting for campaigns managed and ensure
delivery of campaigns to achieve business targets.
Manage a Campaign Manager in the operations & administration functions required to ensure
successful campaign delivery and continued revenue growth, including billing systems and
processes, campaign management and reporting.

  • Lead the integrated media planning process for Digital. Assist
  • Account Director with strategic planning to ensure continued growth of budgets and positive perception of Amobee (including revenue forecasting and new business development)
  • Maintain a superior level of client service that is aligned with company expectations. Make decisions whilst with clients to meet requirements, based on robust industry knowledge
  • Responsible for management of Campaign Manager and their role in assisting with day-to-day management of campaigns & clients (administration, campaign optimisation & effective communication)
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Be an integral part of the Optus team, offering expert insight and recommendations
  • Be recognised as a trusted digital partner, and seen as the digital expert with the other agencies (Media and creative), and lead processes to positively impact wider team and client.

  • Develop process and support ongoing data platforms to facilitate more automated
  • reporting systems
