Reporting to the Director, Compensation & Benefits, the Sr. Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst will support the accurate and seamless administration of the Company’s Compensation & Benefit programs. In this role you will serve as a technical resource to HR Leadership, HRBPs and Department Management for all things related to compensation and benefits. You will provide superior customer service, act as a front-line representative to our employee base and coordinate a variety of comp & benefit actions and exercises.

  • Compensation:
  • Assesses market relevant compensation by participating in the planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases.
  • Administers Amobee’s global stock option program for employees in the US, UK, Israel and Singapore.
  • Recommends option grants, prepares quarterly Board exhibits and works closely with Shareworks, our stock options administrator.
  • Supports the global administration for Amobee’s annual incentive plan which includes issuing and maintaining global Plan documentation,  employee incentive agreements, drafting employee FAQ communication and partnering with Global HRBPs and business leaders to execute the program flawlessly.
  • Assists Compensation and Finance teams in the fiscal year-end Annual Performance Plan bonus incentive payment process, creating reports and audits year-end calculations/ payments and responsible for finding and correcting data issues.
  • Assists in the evaluation of jobs and market benchmarking for salary increases, role transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Recommends the placement of jobs with the Company’s salary structure.
  • Ensures compliance of compensation and benefit programs with all applicable laws and regulations (i.e., California Wage and Hour law, FLSA, ERISA, etc.).
  • Benefits:
  • Supports the administration of Global benefit plans including but not limited to facilitating plan enrollments, terminations, reporting, paperwork and vendor management.
  • Audits current benefits programs to evaluate the usage, services, coverage, plan experience, and competitive trends and contributes to the development of specific recommendations and proposals to HR Leadership and Executive Management.
  • Supports the administration of annual benefit renewals and open enrollment events which will include assisting with employee communications, education sessions, system set up, data management and quality control.
  • Researches and prepares ad hoc reports, compiles metrics for analysis and assists with financial reporting.
  • Researches and compiles benefits data for audits and other legal inquiries, as directed
  • Required qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Compensation/Benefits Analyst or 2 years in HR Consulting as an analyst.
  • Knowledge of benefit, compensation and general HR regulations and laws (i.e. FLSA, ADA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • CCP courses or CEBS certification preferred.
  • Exhibits integrity, professionalism, objectivity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills including the ability to accurately interpret and synthesize data.
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and Excel Required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and agile and able to adapt to change while still meeting expected objectives and deadlines.
  • Must be able to effectively work in in an incredibly fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments/management levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, take initiative and manage multiple tasks without close supervision.
  • Familiarity and experience working with HRM Enterprise systems. ADP Workforce Now a plus.
