Candyse Frazier is Amobee’s Chief People Officer. 

In her role leading the People team, Candyse works to help Amobee connect, develop and care for its employees. Her teams oversee a broad range of functions including recruiting, development, performance, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the company’s future of work strategy. 

Candyse was previously the Senior Vice President of HR Operations where she implemented new innovative departments and launched culture initiatives. As a 13-year Amobee veteran, Candyse has also held the following positions: Vice President of HR Operation, Vice President of Business Operations, Senior Director of Operational Excellence, and Sr. Director of Ad Operations.

Candyse earned a bachelor’s in science degree in International Business with a concentration in Marketing.
