Taking a Look at the Innovation at Amobee

Today, Amobee is launching a blog focused on technology — a home for our engineers and data scientists to talk about the creative, data-based solutions that help our platform uncover truths for marketers.

We’re kicking things off with two posts: “The Challenges of Efficiently Scaling up Real-Time Bidding,” in which Jianqiang Shen, a scientist on our applied science team, explains how Amobee handles the challenge of high volume traffic in real-time bidding; and “Counting Towards Infinity: Data Summaries for the Growing Digital Warehouse (Part I),” in which Ruixin Yang, senior software engineer on our data team, explores approximation-based sketches as a solution to the challenges presented by Amobee’s growing queries per second.

We’ll have plenty more tech stories coming from our brilliant engineers who built a platform that attained more than three million queries per second (QPS) in May. Watch this space.
