Why I Joined Amobee

Today, I’m starting a new path in marketing and advertising technology after a 23-year career on the agency side. In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, “The rewards of a thing done well is to have done it.”

As the President, Managing Director of Spark Foundry, I had the opportunity to work with an incredible team and a portfolio of the largest and most admired brands in the world including P&G, Coca-Cola, Kellogg, WhiteWave Foods, Viacom, MillerCoors and Singapore Airlines to name just a few. It was truly an honor and I am so proud of my team and our achievements.

It was not my intention to change paths at this point. During my agency career, I worked with Amobee and their team, and they became long standing partners. Amobee has a platform and a product I believe in, and most importantly, people I believe in. Having the opportunity to work with many vendors, Amobee has consistently delivered outstanding technology and service.

In my new role as Chief Client Officer, I’ll oversee Amobee’s business development and agency solutions. I understand intimately the needs of both the marketer and the agency, and now with Amobee, I’m in a position to serve those needs and guide on how to solve for that working with a technology leader.

It’s an inflection point for the industry, and for branding and advertising as well. Technology is allowing us to deliver messages at scale, using data intelligence to be more precise in the delivery and support creative solutions on how to enhance the consumer experience. It’s an exciting time to join a company in the midst of driving this transformation between technology, data and creativity, and I look forward to the path that lies ahead.
